Junior Accountant / Finance Assistant

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing and recording financial transactions in accounting systems;
- Preparing and verifying invoices, payments, and settlements with clients and vendors;
- Reconciling accounts and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables;
- Supporting monthly closing procedures and financial reporting;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation;
- Cooperating with freight forwarding teams to ensure correct cost and revenue allocation;
- Communicating with counterparties regarding financial matters.
Our Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role;
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
- Experience with accounting with ERP software;
- Communicative English, both spoken and written;
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade environment;
- Familiarity with Polish VAT regulations and invoicing requirements;
- Knowledge of multi-currency settlements.
