Junior Accountant / Finance Assistant

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing and recording financial transactions in accounting systems;
  • Preparing and verifying invoices, payments, and settlements with clients and vendors;
  • Reconciling accounts and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables;
  • Supporting monthly closing procedures and financial reporting;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation;
  • Cooperating with freight forwarding teams to ensure correct cost and revenue allocation;
  • Communicating with counterparties regarding financial matters.

Our Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role;
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
  • Experience with accounting with ERP software;
  • Communicative English, both spoken and written;
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade environment;
  • Familiarity with Polish VAT regulations and invoicing requirements;
  • Knowledge of multi-currency settlements.
