Client Acquisition Manager (Sales Department)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for and attract new B2B clients
  • Conduct negotiations and identify client needs
  • Prepare and present commercial offers
  • Sell logistics services (road, rail, container, and multimodal transportation)
  • Participate in tenders and develop key client relationships
  • Maintain the client database in the CRM system and oversee all stages of the deal until payment

Requirements:

  • Experience in active B2B sales (logistics experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication
  • Confident negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and organized
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
