Sea Freight Forwarder

We are expanding our presence in Poland and is seeking a skilled Sea Freight Forwarder to join our growing logistics team in Warsaw. 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and responsible professional with a passion for international logistics and container freight operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle import and export container shipments, primarily for Ukrainian logistics clients
• Coordinate operations with terminals, warehouses, and agents across Poland
• Monitor transport schedules and ensure timely delivery Manage shipping documentation and customs-related paperwork
• Maintain professional communication with clients and carriers throughout the shipping process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
• English, Polish, and Ukrainian / Russian – intermediate level or higher
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to resolve issues independently
