Sales Manager (FTL & LTL Transportation)

We are looking for a Sales Manager for FTL and LTL freight to join our Lviv office. We value proactive and communicative professionals who know how to build client relationships and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new clients and partners in the freight forwarding market
• Conduct negotiations and sign contracts
• Develop personalized commercial offers
• Manage client relations and ensure a high level of service
• Maintain reports and accompanying documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in selling transport and logistics services (1+ year)
• Understanding of the FTL (full truckload) and LTL (less-than-truckload) market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve set targets
• Experience in client management and business documentation
