Your responsibilities:
· End-to-end organization and coordination of FCL ocean shipments.
· Communication with shipping lines, agents, terminals, and clients.
· Preparing, checking, and completing transport documentation.
· Monitoring order execution and on-time deliveries.
· Entering and updating data in operational systems.
· Resolving day-to-day operational issues and ensuring high-quality customer service.
· Collaborating with other company departments and business partners.
Our requirements:
· At least 1 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, FCL experience will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of processes related to organizing ocean freight will be an additional advantage.
· Strong work organization and prioritization skills.
· Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail.
· Communicative English skills enabling smooth email and phone communication.
· Ability to work in a team and build good relationships with clients and business partners.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
