Logistics for Defense Technologies: New Market Requirements

Ukraine’s defense industry is actively building its own component base – and this significantly raises logistics and supply chain requirements. We attended two events that reflect these shifts: IRON Components of Freedom 2025 and Brave1 Components.
At IRON Components of Freedom 2025, the focus was on the barriers to production localization and practical approaches to developing a component base for defense technologies.
Brave1 Components brought together more than 200 Ukrainian manufacturers, demonstrating the scale of the domestically produced components market for high-tech solutions.
As a freight forwarder with long-term experience supporting Ukrainian high-tech manufacturers – and with the necessary permits to handle shipments in special cargo categories – we see these transformations from the inside. The strong interest in both events confirms that the defense tech sector is growing, the investment potential in high-quality components is strengthening, and demand for reliable, resilient supply chain solutions remains consistently high.
Through well-designed multimodal logistics, we help clients scale production, avoid supply bottlenecks, build resilient supply chains between Ukraine, the EU, and Asia, and reduce critical delivery lead times.
